I blurred out my face because the pose is perfect but I am making some weird lazy-eyed camera no-face face.

Behind on posts again, so here’s Sunday’s pose:  Wide-legged forward bend (Prasarita Padottanasana)

Today’s pose:  Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III)

I need to learn to warm up more before taking these.

Today’s pose:  High Lunge.  There’s no real agreed-upon Sanskrit name for this, as far as I know, but some call it the Horse Rider’s Pose (Ashva Sanchalanasana).

Forward bend (Uttanasana).

It’s kind of crappy, but I took a 75-minute yoga class yesterday and my hamstrings are screaming.
