This is cute, and most of the recipes sound pretty good.  I really don’t like tofu that much, though, so frying big cubes of it sounds… gross, and their “go out and buy some soup for lunch” is kind of a cop-out.

Also fake meat makes me mad suspicious— looking at you, Trader Joe’s beefless beef strips.  WHAT THE FUCK ARE THEY MADE OF THEN.  But like I said, the other bits in here sounds pretty tasty to me.  GETCHA VEGGIE ON.
